Nola Here and There Cancellation Policy

By placing a reservation with NOLA Here and THERE Transportation, LLC either by telephone, fax, email, online on this site, or in any other manner, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the following POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. You further expressly authorize the Company to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation.
In the event there is any change in your plans, day, or time of travel, airline, etc. please contact us via email or text. All cancellations must be sent via e-mail to [email protected] or texted to 504-473-2503 and receive confirmation acknowledging cancellation.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. Please contact us directly to discuss any exceptional situations, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Charters, Transfers, and Day Trips
Non-Refundable Fee: All bookings are subject to a non-refundable fee of 20% of the total booking amount. This fee is charged at the time of booking and will not be refunded.
Cancellation Notice:

- More than 7 Days in Advance: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, minus the 20% non-refundable fee. This credit can be used towards a future booking within one year from the date of cancellation, subject to availability.
- Within 7 days of Scheduled Date: If you cancel within 7 days of the scheduled service date, no refunds or credits will be provided.
• Time of Service/Extending Service
Your service is confirmed for the contracted time only. Extension of service during reservation is subject to availability, and must be approved by our office and may require credit card or other method of payment. We provide a 15-minute grace period for our clients. If this charter extends by more than 30 minutes, one hour will be charged. The hourly charge will be assessed for each hour thereafter, contingent upon availability. You will be required to sign your driver's work order to extend service.
• Damage to Equipment
The chartering party assumes all responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by any passenger. A signed credit card authorization or a $250.00 refundable security deposit may be required.
• Limits of Liability
We are not responsible for any items left onboard the vehicle, stowed items, traffic conditions, mechanical failures or conditions due to war or acts of God. We are not liable for any losses that may be incurred by the client for services they may have secured through other vendors.
Airport

- Cancellation Fee: A non-refundable fee of 20% of the total transfer cost will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a credit equal to the amount paid, minus the 20% non-refundable fee. This credit can be used towards a future booking within one year from the date of cancellation, subject to availability.
- Late Cancellations: If cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled transfer or service or a no-show, no refund credit will be issued.
- No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show or failure to provide updated flight information, no refund credit will be issued.
- Responsibility for Flight Changes: Clients must inform us of any changes to their flight details as soon as possible, including changes to flight times, dates, or flight numbers.
- In the event that your flight is delayed, your transportation reservation will be put on hold for you for up to 24 hours. We will do everything possible to accommodate your new departure and/or arrival times, but customers should please be considerate of the fact that delayed flights may conflict with other previously scheduled transportation reservations, therefore resulting in the occasional, brief delay. Whenever possible, we urge you to provide us with your flight number. We track flights we are made aware of in order to preserve our time and save you money on standby costs.
- Reminder: For airport drop off, remember that you need to be at the airport at least 2 hours ahead of the flight departure time. Don’t forget to also consider the driving time to get to airport. We are not responsible for missed flights due to traffic or acts of nature.
Tours

- Bookings Made Within 36 Hours: All tours or services booked within 36 hours of the scheduled departure time are final. No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations or changes made for these bookings.
- Booking Made More than 36 Hours Ahead: Prior to the tour time must cancel with at least 36 hours notice in order to receive a credit refund that can be used towards a future service within one year from the date of cancellation, less 20% non-refundable fee. Subject to availability.
- Rescheduling: To reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your original scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
All tours subject to change due to traffic conditions or inclement weather. Children ages 3 and under are free but must be counted in tour totals.
Please mention any infants when booking.
Tours go out rain or shine.
- All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Multi-Day Trips

1. NOLA Here and There request that an itinerary be submitted prior to departure for the entire trip, at the time the full payment is made or not later than 10 days prior to departure. The itinerary must include full details regarding all stops, addresses and times the group will need the use of the vehicle during the entire trip. The itinerary will determine the necessity for relief driver(s) and additional charges if applicable. The cost quoted for this vehicle does NOT include additional hours and/or miles due to changes in your itinerary. The chartering party assumes all responsibility for any applicable entrance fees, parking fees, and tolls.
2. We reserve the right to substitute equipment if necessary.
3. The chartering party is required to reserve and pay for the driver's hotel accommodations and parking for the vehicle(s) when applicable.
